The empty apartment.

It was a long day.

After church, lunch, movie and a short comic reading time, I headed down to Castle Green with Angel. I was just curious as to how the place is now. Afterall, I’ve not been back in there ever since I moved to Shanghai. Since the tenants are finally out of it and I got the keys, I wanted to check the place out. I miss the place.

Oh wait, in case I ever forget this in the future. Angel made me walk all the way from Ang Mo Kio Hub to Castle Green (workout of the day!!). Knowing me, NO WAY in my very-sane-mind will I ever do that to torture myself. In case anyone forgot, I’ve not done P.E. for, like, a gazillion years. It was already evening time, so it wasn’t so bad. If it were to be in the afternoon like say… 12 noon? I’d be complaining about the heat/sun/sweat till my throat goes sore and I’d still go on. Yeah, I’m not exactly a heat (?) loving person. Heh.

I was greeted by a partially empty apartment. And it didn’t seem as warm and cosy as I remembered it to be. Then after that I realised that it was probably because the tenant painted the walls white, it used to be a warm shade of yellow. Only some piece of furniture were left, some the tenant had taken them away. Wait, not some, it was quite a lot. Anyway…

So what do you do in an empty house? The house had nothing. Almost literally. There was no fridge, no TV, no mattress for the bed, nothing. Angel went berserk and made me take jumping shots (more working out) and kept asking me to make weird poses which wasn’t my forte. Hee.

(I look like I’m falling, in such a way that I’ll fall flat on my face. Haha.)

But that was something that Angel is definately good at. Don’t believe? I show you.

Then started floating around the house.

I have some more weird photos of Angel in action, but I scared she’ll scold me when she finds out that I posted them up on my blog. These are like the not-so-queer ones already.

The place was pretty dusty, due to the lack of human activity in the house. The soles of our feet were black by the time we decided to leave.

And Angel, I’ve come to a conclusion that you’re good at taking jumping shots of people but you’re not a camera-person! Half the shots you took weren’t in focus because you didn’t focus the camera! HAHA!
